SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
Available shipping methods and prices vary by product and will be displayed in the cart prior to checkout.
Orders comprised of entirely in-stock products typically process in 1-2 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders containing firearms may take up to sixty (60) days to ship. Additional details are available on the individual product pages.
Tracking information is sent to the customer via email when a shipping label is generated. In some instances, it may take up to 24 hours for the shipment to be tendered over the carrier.
Once an order is submitted, the processing begins immediately and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us right away.
Returns on eligible products will be accepted within thirty (30) days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some products are ineligible for returns. For more information, please review our Return Policy.
In the case of a processing delay lasting more than seven (7) business days, customers may have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability and Oracle Arms LLC will not be held liable for any shipping delays once they have been tendered to the shipping carrier. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
Oracle Arms LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, please reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Orders may be shipped to P.O. boxes. Some products may be subject to geographic shipping restrictions. Additional details are available on the individual product pages. It is the customer’s responsibility to research and be aware of all federal, state, and local regulations prior to ordering.
Eligible products may be returned in their original packaging for a credit or refund of the purchase price within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, minus any applicable shipping and handling charges.
You may exchange the product or receive a refund in the original form of payment. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and in new, sellable condition.
Please allow up to fourteen (14) days after return is received for it to be inspected and for the refund to be processed.
TO RETURN AN ELIGIBLE ITEM
Customer may visit https://oraclearms.com/contact and select the “Customer Service & Technical Support” option to submit a return request.
Alternatively, customer may also call 484.355.2593 during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm EST), select menu option 2, and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
An RMA is required to return a product. Products arriving without an RMA may be refused and/or returned to sender.
Products that cannot be returned at any time include, but are not limited to: firearms, serialized firearm parts and/or components, and items that have been damaged, used, are missing packaging or accessories, or are otherwise not in new, sellable condition.
Oracle Arms reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange at their sole discretion.
